Officers’ Association in every department and organization is a platform where officers have access to communicate, interact and therefore develop themselves with exchanging their views, experiences and Immigration and Passport Officers’ Association (IPOA) so is the case.

IPOA will discover a new prospect for all members as a strong ground for corroboration, unity and advocacy and for highly dedicated ones to excellence in public service, it is an opportunity to work alongside as well.

I herein proclaim regarding democracy as well as pluralism in this very IPOA. our collective and magnified voice will move for amplify organizational strength and fellow officers’ welfare.

We have to pay attention for nourishing an affection of community, agglomeration and reciprocal respect amongst our honorable members as well as in upholding, after all, professional development.

I am proud of the all-imperative initiatives and programs that our association has taken up responsibilities to patronize the well-being as well as advancement of all members. All sorts steps must be taken meticulously and respectively to ensure departmental development and honorable members’ progress and I am committed that all my responsibilities as well as duties must be carried out as quick as possible.

As secretary, I will devote myself as a surveillant to expedite the prosperity for the entire span of my tenure to achieve our goal. In order to formulating supportive and necessary inputs to advocate for department I will pay my best effectively and efficiently.

The endeavor of all officers will show the path for trust and sense of empowerment as well as commitment for collaboration, expansion. We people are trustworthy and therefore it is crucial to add value to even a tiny work to make it lucrative and beneficial to service recipients.

I encourage everybody of members to participate jubilantly to our association to contribute valuable experiences, thinking, ideas and feedback. And to engage in the various initiatives and activities that we organize for the benefit of members.
